The property is fully heated by Night Storage heating and comprises the following accommodation:

Ground Floor:

Entrance Porch, Toilet and Wash Hand Basin, Kitchen, Lounge/Dining Room.

Kitchen. Fully equipped with: Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, Washer, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Toasted Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Cafitiere. All cooking utensils including Dinning ware and cutlery are provided.

The Lounge/Dining Room. Comprises Dining Table and chairs for 6 persons, Widescreen TV,

Video, DVD Player, Satellite TV, Sofa and Chairs.

First Floor:

3 Double Bedrooms, Bathroom & WC.

Each Double Bedroom sleeps 2 people and each room is furnished with Duvets, pillows

and all bed Linen is included in the Tariff.

Additionally, the Bathroom/WC is equipped with an electric shower.

Misc.

There is also a small garden to the front and a larger fully enclosed garden to the rear

All equipment, furnishings and fittings are to a very high standard.
